The Knox Historical Museum is open year-round on a regular schedule and through pre-arranged appointments.Our regular schedule is as follows:January through May: Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.June through August:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.September through December: Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.The museum has extended days and hours of operation during the annual Daniel Boone Festival held during the first full week in October.The Museum is also open through appointment, which can be arranged by calling us at our phone number: (606) 546-7581.Note:  The museum is closed annually during the weeks of the following holidays: New Year's Eve, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
